immolate + conflagrate
https://wotlk.evowow.com/?spell=17962 cant apply when on target https://wotlk.evowow.com/?spell=47811 there is some delay between cast ( have to wait 0,5sec until i can cast conflagrate on target afected by immolate) of imo and cast of conflagrate.
How it should work
once on target is immolate applied youd should be able instantly cast conflagrate. if cast of immolate is shorter then gcd it should even ignore gcd and be able to cast after dot is applied.
